Link policy
What this is about
We do link exchanges with other websites, but we’re selective. These guidelines exist so both sides know what to expect before reaching out.
If your proposal doesn’t meet the criteria below, we likely won’t respond — not to be rude, but to keep things efficient for everyone.
Our requirements
Content
- Blog posts only. No landing pages, service pages, tool pages, or listicles.
- Must be relevant to what we do: UI/UX, web design, WordPress, CRO, or SEO.
Anchor text
- 3 to 4 words max.
- No branded anchors.
- No anchors that match our target keywords (check our URL and title tag).
Placement
- No links in the intro or conclusion of a post.
- No more than 2 links per paragraph.
- Posts with 8 or more existing links aren’t eligible.
Quality
- Spam score under 7%. Check yours before reaching out.
- We don’t edit existing text — link insertions only.
Topics we don’t work with
CBD, adult content, crypto, gambling, buying social media followers, payday loans.
Ready to propose something?
Send us a message at hey@blockagency.co with the following:
- Your URL — the page you want us to link to.
- Target post — which post on our site you’d like the link placed in.
- Proposed anchor text — what the link should say.
Here’s an example of a good proposal:
“I’d like to suggest a link to blockagency.co/blog/ux-mistakes from your post on conversion rate optimization, using the anchor text ‘common UX mistakes’.”
Clean, specific, easy to evaluate. That’s all we need.
